Internship description:

Micrometric and structural characterization, dosage form formulation, technological protocols.

Techniques used during the internship:

Particle engineering: nanosuspension prepartion, spray-drying, milling, cavitation; Alternative administration: dry powder formulation
Investigation techniques:
SEM, Zetasizer, DSC, TG, XRPD, FTIR, RAMAN, particle analysis, dissolution, diffusion, wettability investigations, Andersen impactor, simulated lung media
