Internship description:

During the internship the formulation of protein loaded nanoparticles would be offered, with a possibility of full characterization with FT-IR, Raman, TG-DSC, XRPD, particle size, zeta potential measurement methods, followed by formulation into various solid dosage forms (films, tablets, pellets), the details may bdiscussed upon the request of the candidates

Techniques used during the internship:

The research group deals with the design and testing of solid dosage forms, tablets, granules, capsules, polymer films. We have tablet machines equipped with a force measure cell, granulators equipped with temperature and humidity sensors, coating apparatus and devices for pharmacopoeial and analytical investigations of solid dosage forms. We also have the ability to perform analytical studies, thermoanalytical studies (DSC, TG), FTIR, XRPD and RAMAN mapping, SEM, contact angle and surface free energy (SFE) measurement, tensile strength (hardness) of films, in vitro mucoadhesion test, etc.
