Internship description:

The Intern can participate in several research activities of the USZ, which are connected to the education development process. The tasks of the intern contain the following:
Contribution to research activities:
Database analysis of university’s peer-mentor program
Complex research of the international students’ demand for the peer-mentor program
Database analysis of the online study system and the mass email system

Contribution to the communication of the peer-mentor program:
Online marketing data analysis
Creating communication content: Plan, develop, and manage internal communication programs at the directorate
Online marketing containing managing internal media channels

Contribution to international projects (e.g. EUGLOH)
Data analysis of the project and support the internal communication
Cooperation with other departments in order to secure a positive student experience
Planning and organising events to increase the program's visibility
With this internship you can improve the following skills:

Solution-oriented approach
Working in an international environment - your tasks will include working with students from all around the world

Techniques used during the internship:

Microsoft Excel, SPSS, MS Power BI
