The lab runs numeruous project related to infectious disease modelling, including disease transmission dynamics in a population but also viral and immune dynamics within the host. The current focus is COVID-19, but other infections are also subjects of our research. The applied tools also cover a wide range from mathematical modelling, data science, biostatistics, to public health and evidence informed policy making.
