The intern will carry out tasks in support of one or more of the following research activities of the research project “UNCHARTED: Understanding, Capturing and Fostering the Societal Value of Culture” (Grant Agreement Nº870793), in course at FLUP, supported by H2020: a) To analyse the grammars of valuation and evaluation in cultural practices; b) To analyse the practices of evaluation in cultural production and heritage management; c) To analyse public administration evaluation methodologies in the cultural sector and cultural information systems; d) To contruibute to studies on cultural practices.
The training program will be carried out within the Iintitute of Sociology sub-group Artistic Creation, Cultural Practices and Policies, which analyses artistic creation and cultural and political practices based on the theoretical and methodological frameworks of the sociology of culture, dovetailed with the sociology of youth, urban sociology and the sociology of ethnicities.
